I work as a software engineer in a reputed company. I was introduced to the Art of Living course by my room mate and it has changed my life ever since. I am a software professional and living in bay area for many years. I was quite stressed with work and personal responsibilities.

I did art of living basic course and some of the advances courses. The breathing techniques have impacted me profoundly. I feel more relaxed in general, but more importantly I am able to deal with stress much better. It has increases awareness in me about what's going inside me and around me.

I'd strongly recommend the course to people who want to improve their quality of life.

It is an amazing course ! It is so amazing that whenever i feel like i need a break, i do this course. Working as a hardware design engineer is very challenging and can be stressful many times. I am glad that i learnt these stress management techniques to quickly relieve me of my stress and also they give you lots of snippets of knowledge that are very useful to keep the mind from getting stressed! I have been practicing these breathing techniques and using the knowledge snippets in my day-to-day life and see myself a huge transformation over the years.
I would strongly recommend anyone to come and try out these techniques. They even have a 1-hr free introductory session which is kinda cool for you to experience something before doing the course.
Just go for it and experience the Happiness and Peace that i have also experienced!

Its an amazing course. The teachers are excellent. The environment is very homely. I did the course last month. Its very effective. The course had lot of impact on me. Four days I was in full positive environment. Its very effective and I recommend everybody to attend this course.

I did the basic course and the Ashtavakra Geeta with Prabhat and Mathi when I was going through an emotionally challenging time. The course and the instructors changed and enhanced my perspective and strengthened me. It was done with good humor, patience and dedication from them.

It was worth the little time that I took out. I would definitely recommend the same for everyone due to my experience!

It's designed in such a way that it helps you in all aspects of life and all this is taught in a lively environment.

I did this course couple of times and the teachers, Prabhat ji, Mathi ji, Naren ji, Ram ji and Rutwik ji are amazing all of they are simply superb.

I had a very bad back problem which has completely gone now after regular practice of Sudarshana kriya( Powerful breathing technique which is taught in this course).

Ancient scriptures call this Breathing technique as 'Sarva Roga Nivarini' meditation. The name it self says what it can do.

In one word JUST DO IT! and experiance.

I participated in the course in early 2010, and soon experienced how breathing (kriya) helped in alleviating stress and overcoming negative emotions. The teachers, Prabhatji and Mathiji, were very helpful in explaining different concepts. I highly recommend this course.

This course transformed my life. After doing the course , I found that it does not take much to realize that "life is beautiful".Breath is the key to a stress free life and one will experience the importance of this only once you have done the course.

Not only the teachers have imparted the knowledge in a very practical/pragmatic way but also have become my mentors, friends.Their energy is very positive and infectious.I do not mind doing this course again and again .

I did this course about a year back. I will definitely recommend this course to anyone not just to the people who are in stress. There are many reasons
1. Breathing techniques makes you healthier both physically and mentally
2. It helps you to live in present moment and not worry about unnecessary things which can change anytime.
3. It makes you aware of your actions so that you can self-correct. It will help you manage your negative emotions and create mental energy. Basically self awareness increases.
4. This course helps to overcome your inhibition to interact with people.
There are so many other reasons.....

and one and the most important thing I like is that AOL offers weekely follow-up in many centers so we can do these techniques in a group under the teachers' guidance, which really help us to be regular and get any questions clarified. And It makes us more social and whenever we are connected with more people, 50% of the stress goes away automatically.

With too much of hardships we all go through missing our families, comfort zone, personal space etc. and not acknowledged for the efforts we put through we have nothing, no energy left out except stress, complaints and sadness, we forget to look around and enjoy the countless blessings and gifts what we got and don't live the present moment. Art of living has made me realize it. I am very thankful for this great at the right time. 'Thanks wouldn't be just enough for the teachers for this selfless wonderful service.

I have heard a lot about the Art of Living Course and know quite a few who have taken the course ! But the experience of going through the 5 day course is simply out of this world! I used to think that this course is about breathing technique but it goes beyond these ! I am, I think a much better person than I was 5 days back! Friend went 1.5 years ago while both were stressed. I went to doctor and got drugs. She’s great. This year they gave me more drugs. I decided to try this. In just 2 days doctors said I went from mod-severe anxiety & depression to mild anxiety & none to mild depression
